Frequently Asked Questions

Need more information?

Need help? Take a look at our FAQs – we’ve answered all your most frequently asked questions.
Do I need to buy a ski pass?
  • Yes. For adult lessons, a ski pass is required from the very first day.
  • A 6-day ski pass, valid all day across the entire ski area, will be available at a preferential rate once you have selected your ski course and reached the basket summary.
For more information on ski passes, please visit the dedicated ‘Get a ski pass’ page.
Is insurance included in the course fee?
  • No. Pupils are not insured by esf, so we strongly recommend taking out suitable insurance.
  • Assur’Glisse insurance is available online or from the ski lift ticket offices.
  • You can also purchase seasonal snow insurance from esf or the Les 2 Alpes Ski Club.
  • It is also worth checking with your bank, as some bank cards may include cover for off-piste skiing.
