Competition training course
You're coming the week of
esf les 2 Alpes offers a 6-day training course for those who obtained the Etoile d'Or or Class 4 level and who want to train like champions. Surpass yourself and beat the clock on our glacier, the biggest one in Europe! You will improve your technical skills training on the Special Slalom and the Giant Slalom. You will also be able to see your video after your runs.

What ski level is required to take part in the Competition training course ?
You must have the Etoile d'Or or Classe 4 level
What equipment is needed ?
- Slalom skis and suitable protections for competition skiing (helmet, dorsal, slalom protections...).
- Backpack with water + snack
- Backpack with water + snack
Equipment storage ?
It will be possible to leave the ski equipment (skis + shoes + poles) in the secure chalet of the ESF at 3200 m at the glacier. This will avoid you to carry the equipment every day. Don't forget to take a pair of sneakers to go down to the station.
