Would you recommend private lessons to beginner skiers and snowboarders?
Private lessons can indeed be more helpful than group lessons for people who are apprehensive and who need confidence at their own pace.
Why a private lesson?
Private lessons can be very helpful, whatever your level, because they will allow you to make progress and to have even more fun mastering your technique. It's also the opportunity to discover another type of skiing: snowboard, telemark, off-piste...
Is it possible to choose my instructor?
You can book the same instructor than a previous year but you have to do it quickly.
Book online specifying in the field "preferred instructor" his/her name and first name.
Or select in Private lessons the tab BOOK YOUR INSTRUCTOR and specify his/her name, because it will be only possible according to his/her availability.

Can we share the same instructor if we are a group?
Yes, but you all need to have more or less the same level. If the gap between your level is too important, the results will not be satisfactory!
What is the difference between the 1, 2 and 3/4 people private lesson?
A private lesson with an instructor is only booked at your request. esf does not "complete" a private lesson: you are the only one to decide who will take the lesson with you. If you are alone, you choose 1 student, if you are 2 adults of the same level, you are in the 2 student category. If you are 3 or 4 adults of the same level, family, friends, you are in the 3/4 student category. For more than 4 people, please contact us.
